Healthy Living Gibson County
Walking for Your Health
...is a county-wide project to encourage a healthier lifestyle. Studies show that being active can prevent and help treat many of the most common chronic medical conditions. Increasing your aerobic exercise can reduce the risk of obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression and other life-shortening conditions. It can also improve your appearance, stamina, muscle strength and general well-being.
