   Eleven & over employees $50.00

As of January 1, 2005, the state of Indiana requires that at least one person per food establishment, who oversees food safety operations, be a ‘Certified Food handler’. This means that a food service establishment must pass an examination that meets the standards established by the Conference of Food Protection. The following organizations offer the nationally accredited food safety course and examinations utilizing the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
