is offered on a walk-in basis so no appointment needed.

Immunization Clinics are coordinated by our Public Health Nurses. An $8.00 per
injection administration fee is required, or bring your Hoosier Health Wise card with you.

The ANGEL STORE

SAFE KIDS Coalition
is a community based organization of volunteers dedicated to fighting the #1 killer of children - preventable injuries. Programs include child safety seat check-up events, annual SAFE KIDS Festival in June, speakers & materials on the various issues regarding injury prevention and safer
environments for our children. Member of the National SAFE KIDS Campaign.
